TVSTATIC.hub is a creator platform for artists, musicians, filmmakers, and photographers based in Minnesota. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform, including our website and mobile application.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect the following types of information:

  • ●User Content — posts, photos, videos, audio tracks, and other content you upload to the platform.
  • ●Location Data — precise location coordinates associated with events and posts you submit. This is derived from addresses you provide, not your device's GPS.
  • ●User ID — a unique identifier assigned to your account by our authentication system.
  • ●Purchase History — records of transactions made through our marketplace, powered by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
  • ●Usage Data — basic analytics about how you interact with the platform, used to power creator dashboards.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

All data collected is used exclusively to operate the platform:

  • ●To create and manage your account
  • ●To display your content on the platform
  • ●To power the events map and location-based features
  • ●To process marketplace transactions via Stripe
  • ●To show creators analytics about their own content

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the platform (e.g., Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for authentication and storage).

4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which uses industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. All communication between your device and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We do not use proprietary encryption.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use the following third-party services:

  • ●Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage
  • ●Stripe — payment processing for marketplace transactions
  • ●Vercel — hosting and deployment
  • ●OpenStreetMap / Nominatim — geocoding for event and post locations

Each of these services has their own privacy policies. We do not control their data practices.

6. USER CONTENT

Content you post on TVSTATIC.hub (photos, videos, audio, text) is stored on our servers and may be visible to other users of the platform. You retain ownership of your content. You can delete your content at any time from your account.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:
